Reproduce a scene, portrait or abstract using only 10 straight lines

Rules

Must be only 10 lines

No curves

Bends and corners will count as separate lines

Any medium and colours allowed

Designing and creating a clock face for our Kitchen...

The face would be made up of layers of cardboard, but into the right shapes, glued, painted, then a clock mechanism inserted and hung

I already knew the design I wanted to try and so I started by writing some code to define the dimensions

Create up an svg using a simple java algorithm to draw the face, holes and screw fittings

Edit + check the svg file in inkscape

Check in the browser...

Check the layers are correct on a browser, 

then on Blender to see how the finished face would look....

Next, cut the SVGs...

Then assemble the elements for stacking....

Stack and glue each layer...

And paint...

Fix the mounting hooks and hang....

Not bad!!!
